Your group

One session is one three-hour morning. If everyone is doing it in one go, Session 1 is all you need. Running the year group over two, three or four mornings, or a smaller opt-in group? Fill in a session for each.

Rooms and spaces

We need one room per class group for the full three hours, plus any breakout space you can free up so groups of five or six can write out of earshot of each other. Tick what you can offer:

The students write on their own school iPads, using an app we built with a keyboard in it.

Fee

Worked out from the number of students taking part in each session. One fixed fee per session, no head-counting on the day. Travel is included for schools within 70 km; beyond that, a single flat travel figure is confirmed with your quote.

I've read the Track One terms and what we need from the school and I'm booking on that basis.
I'll have the students sorted into groups of 5 or 6 ahead of your visit — it will save everybody a lot of time. Note: although it's not necessary, it can be helpful to have someone who plays an instrument or studies music in each group.
