Payment terms
- All fees are paid in advance at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment methods: our website (Stripe), bank transfer, or cash.
- A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
- Long-term regular students can arrange a monthly subscription — please ask.
Cancellation & refund policy
We operate a strict 36-hour cancellation policy on all pay-as-you-go and package lessons.
- Lessons cancelled or rescheduled at least 36 hours in advance: a lesson credit is issued for future use.
- Lessons cancelled within 36 hours or missed without notice: the lesson fee is forfeited.
- School term package classes do not qualify for the 36-hour policy — missed term classes are forfeited without exception.
- Prepaid lesson fees are redeemable before their expiry date but are not refundable or transferable.
