One-to-one lessons

All private one-to-one lessons are booked in 30 minute slots.

School term packages

Your time slot is guaranteed only when you book a package of classes for the term..

Sibling Term Package

Per sibling, per term. Ask us about sibling scheduling.

Example: A 15-class school term costs €472.50 (€31.50 × 15). The exact number of classes per term varies depending on school holidays — cost per term is confirmed at time of enrolment.

Split payment and monthly subscription options are available — please ask when booking.

Monday classes: Due to bank holidays, Monday terms typically have fewer classes than other days. A shorter-term option is available for Monday students — ask us for details.

Payment terms

All fees are paid in advance at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods: our website (Stripe), bank transfer, or cash.
A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Long-term regular students can arrange a monthly subscription — please ask.

When you book a teacher at the VMA, you are booking their time. Please respect that — our cancellation policy exists to protect our teachers’ livelihoods.

Cancellation & refund policy

We operate a strict 36-hour cancellation policy on all pay-as-you-go and package lessons.

Lessons cancelled or rescheduled at least 36 hours in advance: a lesson credit is issued for future use.
Lessons cancelled within 36 hours or missed without notice: the lesson fee is forfeited.
School term package classes do not qualify for the 36-hour policy — missed term classes are forfeited without exception.
Prepaid lesson fees are redeemable before their expiry date but are not refundable or transferable.
