Ciaran McCann (Piano)

Ciaran began playing piano at the age of six, starting with simple melodies before progressing through the Royal Irish Academy of Music grade exams. He earned honours and distinctions from the preliminary level up to grade eight. Following this, he completed a Diploma in Piano Performance from the London College of Music, graduating with distinction.
After achieving his diploma, Ciaran dedicated himself to performing as widely as possible. He became the keyboard player for the Dublin-based contemporary music group Ana Gog, touring internationally in countries such as India, Germany, and France, as well as performing extensively throughout Ireland.
Ciaran has taught piano to both children and adults for many years. His teaching combines a strong foundation in classical training—preparing students for the RIAM exams—with a practical approach that helps learners play songs for enjoyment.
